A WET office spokesperson comments, “As is the norm at this time of the year, a bit of wind, cold weather, and some rain will bring the country to it’s knees.”
“Other countries around the world deal with several feet of snow, and temperatures of minus 20 every year, and they still manage to run rail services and keep airports open.”
“We get a bit of wind, and a bit more water than normal, and we all stop and call it a crisis”
“You’d think we would be used to this by now, the weather in the UK has been shit for years”
